  Use to be a great spot for some cheap and easy pizza, but under the new ownership it's become the worst pizza I know of.
  
  Ordered two pizzas and waited almost an hour and when they did finally come, one was partially cold.
  It wasn't even busy, there was only four people in the store who looked like they'd all been waiting a similar amount of time.
  
  Thought it was a one off, but came back the next week and waited over an hour whilst the place filled with people waiting for their pizzas and a long line of ubereats drivers going out the door.
  
  The new owners seemingly fired everyone that use to work there but forgot to ask them how you're suppose to make a pizza.
  I'd steer clear until the new onwers go broke and have to sell to someone who actually knows what a pizza is.

  Shawcross used to be one of my favourite local spots for a slice. I went back for the first time since pre covid and if I didn’t walk into the venue, I wouldn’t have believed you that it was the same place.
  
  The pizza is unrecognisable. Go back to what you were doing before and redeem your reputation before Shawcross becomes another sad venue, victim to the demise of changed hands.

  This place is getting worse and worse. My favourite comfort spot during the lockdowns and it's just not the same. Pizzas used to be fresh and plenty of veg, now it tastes stale and flavourless. I'm not one to post reviews, especially not negative ones (this is literally my first) but the quality here has really degraded and I just want it to get better again as I really miss this place!

  The best Pizza I’ve encountered in Australia so far, a modern standalone restaurant. They have a full menu set and a salad bar, it makes me feel at home to eat here.

  Just NO! Changed hands. Many times.
  It’s now the most flaccid version of pizza you’ve ever considered.
  Just go ANYWHERE ELSE.
  
  They've completely decimated all quality. Their beautiful, signature sourdough base — GONE, it’s now worse than Pizza Hut thin crust. All sauces are from coles. The cheese is rubbery and flavourless. The meats are sliced road kill. The toppings are budget canned.
  I literally couldn’t be more disappointed with whoever took over this (once great) establishment. You completely ruined its reputation. I hope you go broke, coz that’s how you’re treating your loyal followers.
