  I had a great experience purchasing a mattress here. Hayden was absolutely lovely and was knowledgeable about all of the products on the floor, and helped me pick out the perfect mattress and pillows while being conscious of the budget I set out. The delivery was completely painless as well, thanks so much guys!

  Went to buy a mattress around a week ago and Sean was incredibly friendly and helpful. While I initially intended to purchase a Stratford, Sean recommended some alternatives as they were out of stock in-store.
  
  Having slept in my new mattress for the better part of a week now, I can say that it was an excellent recommendation as it has been incredibly comfortable.

  Found the frame we wanted, just about to negotiate the purchase but needed some technical detail,. ‘Adam’ was apparently the man to see. Unfortunately he was busy, talking at length with another customer. Not about beds, though, but cars! We waited, quite patiently, for 15 minutes, in vain.
  Well done, sale lost.

  Love our new Sealy mattress and base. Service was good, staff was friendly and the RACV discount helped to save more even during sales. Only problem was that delivery took almost 2 weeks although bed was in stock, as part-time couriers were booked out. Should have opened up more delivery days rather than queuing people up. Anyway when the delivery guys came, they were on-time, and friendly and helpful.
