    I had an awesome night seeing King Dude and guests live at the Evelyn Hotel. The atmosphere is great, with plenty of seating along the wall for those who would rather not stand.

    Bottle shop staff extremely rude, was not attentive and was aggressive in his tone.
    Mutual respect not shown as a customer nor as a potential business partner.
    likeminded beverage enthusiasts should avoid this place!

    It had been a long time between visits but, with many other great no-frill pubs long since closed (Great Britain, Brunswick Hotel...), it was a relief to experience the Evelyn still going strong
