  This place is the home of squash in Melbourne and the recent changes of ownership have not only managed not to destroy it but also be part of a squash revival. They did start to try, turning two valuable squash courts into useless treadmill and box-ercise rooms, but pulled up on that process. So, even though its a new person on the desk every three weeks and they treat me like a complete blow in even though I have playing there since the early 1990's they have to be given credit for boosting the sport. The social squash seems to be really firing and sometimes its hard to get a court. The social squash is a beautifully rough and ready arrangement. Rock up and play who-ever. They could sweep the squash court floors a bit more but they do upgrade the front walls from time to time so they are in pretty good nick.
