- Punk Rockess Added April 14, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in for quote to fix handles on bags, given written ticket with quote of $80, when items were picked up was charged $120 and the owners lied saying that their tickets showed $120. I have the original ticket saying $80 for repair written by them. You can’t underquote then change the price if it’s in writing, will be contacting fair trading regarding this as it’s unreasonable for them to charge more without notice when quote was in writing.

They restitched the bottom of the bag where it was coming apart, replaced the runners and entirely replaced the strap. On top of that, they gave the bag a fantastic clean and polish. I was very pleased by how affordable the prices were given the quality of their workmanship. I'll be going back to get my watch strap repaired for sure.
- George Gayler Added April 05, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ★Such precise, quality repairs on a lot of varied items; I had vintage boots resoled, patent leather shoe tongues reattached, “irreparable” cracks in old lace-ups somehow held together, magnetic button clasps invisibly repaired and hand stitching on a bag restored exactly as it was originally. The pricing is so reasonable it’s ridiculous, plus everyone there is super friendly and generally a great bunch. Can’t recommend enough.

Like other reviewers who were told the repair was too hard/impossible by other places, I was pleasantly surprised by the care and detail that went into repairing a leather handbag, the stitching really is...invisible! The new toggle attachments sourced with so much thought to how they would look are perfect. Thank you, thank you. Kerry
