    I’ve been a member of Mind and Body Gym for almost five years.
    I originally joined to lose weight and get fit. The friendly and professional staff tailored a programme to help me achieve this and have always been very supportive and ensuring I get the most out of my workouts.
    The weekly group training classes before and after work are great for mixing up your exercise routine.
    All the equipment is modern and regularly maintained.
    Probably the best thing about this gym is the atmosphere and the staff who are always on hand to help.

    Friendly staff who are always willing to advise and help. And great hours for those that need flexibility of access - and a really comfortable, open environment to train! I can't recommend this place highly enough!
